Amenity evaluation
Separate Planned Features from the Final Delivered Scope
Amenity lists are useful for understanding the intended lifestyle, but buyers should confirm which features are part of the current project scope, where they appear on the plan and when they are expected to be delivered.
Plan location
Ask where the major amenities and common areas are shown on the latest master or layout plan.
Delivery scope
Confirm which facilities are part of the current phase and whether any items are proposed for a later stage.
Maintenance impact
Understand whether the amenities may affect maintenance or common-area charges after handover.
Use the latest dated plan and written project material when comparing amenities. Marketing visuals alone may not show the final scope or location.
